GRADING
As part of our efforts to improve communication with our stakeholders, we have initiated a program called PASS (Parental Access Support System).
Through our web site, on an off-campus secure server, you can view your daughter's current grades in the classes of participating faculty members.
To access the grades, enter the unique ID number in the window to the left labeled "1. ID." Enter the PIN number in the window to the left labeled "2. PIN." Click in the bullet for Schedule Progress (labeled "3. Schedule/Progress").
This window will be replaced by your daughter's schedule. Participating teachers will display a "Progress" link on the class row. Click on the Progress link to open a window displaying your daughter's progress in that specific class. Grades will be posted every two weeks; the date of the latest posting will be shown at the bottom of the screen. The PASS posting dates are shown in the handbook or on Rosary's online calendar.
You may use the back arrow to view the schedule again, and select another "Progress" link.
